Lowest Density EPE Extrusion Line: 13 kg/m3. Quality & hardness, globally acceptable.

It is very easy to make only the lowest density, higher density or 100% recycled. It is not easy to make top quality foam + comparatively 2 - 4 kg/m3 lower in density, come, come to Shenzhen JYD.

Ideal density is 15.5 kg/m3 at small mini cell and very good hardness.

If possibly lowest density, 13.5 kg/m3 and hardness is still globally acceptable. Not difficult. Hi density, more than 18 also easy and surely can do.
