PE Foam Bonding Machine, Open Fire Type EPE Bonding Cutting Gluing Machine

Feature:

PE Foam Bonding Machine is also called PE Foam Thickening Machine. This machine is to heat up one single side of PE foam sheet to nearly melting point via direct LPG flame. Then bond 2 pieces together. The bonding force is by 2 rollers. No agent nor glue is needed. Maximum bonding thickness may reach 100 mm. It is a must have equipment of PE foam deep process.

Electrical PE Foam Bonding Machine is also available at request. The heating stove station is with 3 or 4 electrical air knives+ blowerw. Therefore it reserves the freedom for you to convert back to open fire type.

Standard configuration:
1. Unwinding unit: 2 unwinders: with unwinding roller, guiding limit rod and a frame.
2. Main bondingunit: main frame, smooth roller 2 pieces, adjustment devices, fire stove, cylinder, gearbox, pull motor, rubber roller, guiding roller, air adjustment devices and fire tube.
3. Rewinding unit: frame, winding roller and torque motor.
4. Electrical section: haul, rewinding, control devices, speed regulation, torque regulator.

  PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line master:  JYD PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line can give you lower density at nearly any top foaming quality level by 2 - 3 kg/m3. Close mini cell, insured can do well. Better foaming quality than a German Extrusion Line.
